Vendor Registration
Any business selling merchandise needs to collect Illinois sales tax. The sales tax rate in Champaign is 8.75%. If the business is from Illinois, they should already be registered with the State of Illinois Department of Revenue. Out of state businesses should visit the state's web site for more information on registration: http://www.revenue.state.il.us.
We have an umbrella permit that covers all vendors at this event. When you return your completed vendor registration form (below) with your payment, we will send the City of Champaign a copy of the form and you will automatically be covered.
Tables are 6' in length and electric outlets at the Armory are limited. We cannot guarantee that you will be placed near an outlet. Please bring your own extension cords for hook-up.
Vendors may set-up on Friday, January 29th beginning at 3:00 pm. The Armory will be open until 8:00 pm to facilitate set-up. VENDORS ARRIVING AFTER 7:00 PM ON FRIDAY, MAY NOT SET-UP UNTIL SATURDAY MORNING.
Applications must be turned in by December 22, 2009. Any application received after that date is subject to space availability and a $20 late fee. Please get your application turned in early. Space will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.
