Sponsorship Details

Sponsor set-up times will be from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Friday, January 29th 2010. The Armory will close at 8:00 pm on Friday. Please plan to be set up by that time.

Sponsor space is very limited. Please make your commitment by November 1st, 2008 so we may plan the floor lay-out. All sponsor payment checks must be received by Great Planes prior to November 30th, 2009 in order to hold your sponsor position. Please make checks payable to Great Planes and send payment to the following address:

• If a vendor will be selling from the sponsors booth, that vendor must
  1. Complete and return the vendor registration form.
  2. Submit the vendor registration payment prior to the E-Fest event.
  3. Abide by the rules regarding sales tax.

     Note: Vendor registration fee is waived for sponsors selling from their own booth.
  
  

With regard to Seminars: Gold Sponsors are guaranteed one seminar with the possibility of a second one only after ALL Gold and Silver Sponsors have committed to one. Silver Sponsors may reserve seminar space on a first-come, first-served basis. If additional time slots are still available on January 15th, Gold Sponsors will be offered these slots. A total of ten slots will be available for seminars in 2009.

• One seminar if space is available

BRONZE: $500.00

• Third tier venue placement
• 2 tables
• 1 banner (provided by sponsor - 3' x 4' in size)
• 2 pilot registrations/admissions
